There are a few different options if you'd like to book an appointment, or simply want to chat about what you're looking for from our service. You can:

No matter how you choose to get in touch, we will try to get back to you as soon as we can, once we're back in the office. 

Our session fees are set in accordance with the guidance provided by the Australian Psychological Society (APS). 

• Initial session - $300 per 50-minute session.
• Ongoing sessions - $270 per 50-minute session.

Under the Better Access initiative you may be eligible for a rebate of $141.85 with a valid GP/Paediatrician referral, and Mental Health Treatment/Care Plan. You may be able to claim this rebate on up to 10 sessions per calendar year. 

We also accept clients who are accessing services via NDIS funding. Please contact us for more details on fees and processes that are specific to NDIS clients. 

Please note we do not currently accept bulk billed clients. 

We understand that life can bring many unexpected bumps in the road (especially when kids are involved) and that sometimes you may not be able to attend your scheduled appointment. 

However, we do ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible of any cancellations or rescheduling. The most effective way to cancel or reschedule your appointment is to contact us by email or telephone during business hours. 

The following cancellation policy applies to all appointments, and is aligned with guidelines provided by the Australian Psychological Society (APS): 

• 0-24 hours’ notice of cancellation - Full fee 
• 24-48 hours' notice of cancellation - 50% of session fee
• >48 hours' notice of cancellation - No fee

Please be aware that you will not be eligible for any rebates on cancellation fees. 

Currently we are situated on the first floor, with no lift facilities. Prospective clients should be aware that they will need to climb a flight of stairs to reach our rooms, but once they do they will be met with a welcoming and private therapeutic space. 

For parents with pushchairs or prams, please be aware that there is no space to leave prams or pushchairs inside the building. 

Free street parking is available close to the clinic, including at Guest Park, which is just a short walk away.
